With a combination of formal business education at the internationally recognized Richard Ivey School of Business and the school of hard knocks as a business owner and manager for 16 years, Greg has managed through times of rapid growth and times of financial hardship.

A recognized leadership expert, Greg is the co-author of Employees Not Doing What You Expect which has been published in Latin America and the Indian Sub-continent. Along with 15 other experts, he co-authored Awakening the Workplace, Volume 1. Greg authored What Great Supervisors Know and Fusion or Fizzle: How Leaders Leverage Training to Ignite Results. He has appeared more than 200 times on radio and television. Two of his presentations have been produced into cable television specials.
