Shirley Taylor has established herself as a leading authority in modern business writing and communication skills. She is author of 8 successful books on communication skills, including the international bestseller 'Model Business Letters, E-mails and Other Business Documents 6th edition' which has sold overhalf a million copies worldwide. She has written other books: 'Communication: Your Key to Success', 'E-mail Etiquette', and many more.

Shirley was born in the UK, and has lived and worked in Singapore, Bahrain and Canada. She has almost 30 years' experience in teaching and training. After making Singapore her home in 2002, Shirley established her own company in 2007.
