William Makell

William J. Makell Jr. is the founder of WJM Success Solutions. His business specializes in helping individuals and organizations achieve success by using his leadership skills honed while serving over 25 years in the Coast Guard as a rescue helicopter pilot. He has a passion for helping people overcome personal challenges by overcoming fear, lack of confidence, and low self-esteem. His motto, "You Can Fly Higher Than You Ever Dreamed Possible," is a testament to his belief and experience as a Coast Guard Aviator and motivator of people that with the right attitude and training you can achieve anything you set your mind to achieve. As a speaker, trainer and coach, he also trains organizations in Diversity Management and Leadership skills; a trade that he has successfully linked to his studies of the subconscious mind and the latest in neuro-science. As a Coast Guard Aviator, William flew the HH65A Dolphin helicopter. He flew over 3,300 flight hours, conducted over 150 SAR cases, saved more than 20 lives, and assisted more than 200 others.
