It is quite rare that, one has the opportunity to combine years of Legal, Strategic Business Development, Sales & Marketing, and Human Resource Management experience. I have acquired just that wealth and quality of experience and professional expertise spanning over twenty seven years in the IT industry, through effective performance in cross-functional roles with reputed Organisations - be it high growth, turnarounds or new ventures, in multicultural and multinational environments. I have advanced rapidly through the management cadres with reputed Organizations (including multinationals), in apex roles and positions. Almost all these Organisations have CMM Level 5 credentials, in addition to PCMM. Subsequently, I decided to set up a Management and HR Consultancy services enterprise : Professional Expertise Group (www.professionalexpertisegroup.com),& am presently engaged in helming and running its operations. Our focus areas are : Talent Acquisition (Executive Search and Placements, largely in the Infotech domain), Coaching, Training (Soft Skills, Behaviorial Skills, and Technical Skills), and Strategic HR Consultancy.
