Terry Paulson

Dr. Terry Paulson is a Ph.D. psychologist, national columnist, professional speaker and author of the popular books, "The Optimism Advantage," "They Shoot Managers Don't They," "Leadership Truths One Story at a Time," and "Making Humor Work." Dr. Paulson hosted ECI’s business television series entitled, “Quality from the Human Side”. His presentations help organizations, leaders, and teams leverage the optimism advantage and make change work!
