In her mid forties, Suzanne and her husband sold most of their worldly possessions and dismantled her internationally acclaimed training business to pursue a life of contribution.

Suzanne has recently returned from two years of backpacking through Africa with her husband interviewing women leaders for Wisdom Exchange TV. Suzanne has pioneered Wisdom Exchange TV a philanthropic initiative. She is the host and co-producer of the first African focused web-enable platform to educate, cultivate and inspire future African women leaders. To date, Suzanne as interviewed 63 African women pioneers and Wisdom Exchange TV is being watched in 77 countries and growing.

In 2007, Suzanne founded the Ignite Excellence Foundation which provides tertiary education scholarship to perspective women leaders in emerging countries.
