She is the co-author of the true crime memoir, Serrated – A True Story of Survival, Recovery and the Pursuit of Justice. She has received Arizona Peace Officers Standards Training board (AZPOST) certification. In addition, Stephanie was the Senior Advisor, Intimate Partner Violence Organizational Impact and Training for the Center for Personal Protection and Safety, and currently is facilitates Threat Management Team trainer for Gene Rugala and Associates, and a Threat of Violence Consultant for Crisis Management Int'l. Stephanie currently serves on the Avon Program for Women and Justice Domestic Violence Advisory Committee Meeting. Stephanie is a professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA). She is a member of Society for Human Resource Management. In 2008 and 2009 she was nominated for the Arizona Coalition Against Domestic Violence's (AZCADV) "Courage of Conviction" award.
