We are all made up of different colored marbles and what makes us beautiful and special, is that we are so very different. If we understand more about each other, our uniqueness, our communication styles, we are more likely to be able to work better together and win the game - just like marbles. I can help you reduce conflict and respond to those dominant marbles in the workplace too. I have over 14 years of Management Experience and have seen good marbles leave organisations for the wrong reasons. I am a member of NSA New Zealand, NZ Assoc of Training and Development and am a part time artist.
