Ron has over 30years of experience as an entrepreneur, business owner, corporate executive, facilitator, speaker, consultant and executive coach. He has authored 4 books, has traveled over 1 million miles giving over 1000 presentations in 10 countries. He currently spends half of his time in Asia, serving as a consultant, meeting facilitator, speaker and executive coach with his primary focus on leadership development and talent management. He spends over 50% of his time providing services to Fortune 500 companies and the rest of his time working with owners of small to medium sized businesses.
