In addition, she is a spokesperson for the Clorox company's scholarship program, Suena Sin Limites, along with the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. Her educational tips will be featured in the Clorox campaign through 2013. As a Motivational Speakers Hall of Fame inductee, she is one of 8 women and the only Latina. She is among such luminaries as Dale Carnegie, Zig Ziglar and Tony Robbins. New York Newsday calls business woman Pegine, "a walking one-woman antidote to workplace cynicism." Her ability to connect with a group is uncanny whether it be military personnel, corporate executives, or students. She has conducted programs bilingually and undertands the "language" of the military. She has been interviewed and noted by The Wall Street Journal, HR Magazine, Washington Post, NY Times, and Latina. She has appeared on CNN and recently on Univision. The Hispanic Business Magazine named her one of the top two motivational speakers in the US of Hispanic descent. Pegine has had the honor to present at the Pentagon, keynoted with two US Presidents, two Secretaries of State, General McKinley, a member of the Joints Chief of Staff and authors John Maxwell and Suze Orman. Corporate clients include Rockwell Collins, Northrup Grumman, HSBC Bank and Booz Allen Hamilton. This year she has two books to offer, "Bragging Rights: Transform Your Team in 21 Days" and "I've Got The Power : To Lead & Think Big!" along with her previous book "Sometimes You Have to Kick Your Own Butt" Recently she created Success4Vets. a foundation which provides military leaders whose ranks are E4-06 an opportunity to showcase their leadership skills as they transition towards civilian leadership. Using the documentary about Vietnam Veterans "Thank You For Your Service" (which Pegine produced and visioned) members of Success4Vets showcase their leadership abilities as they create events which offer Vietnam Veterans the thank you ceremonies they deserve. As a former gang member from the Bronx, mother of two soldiers, Pegine has excelled as a businesswoman who makes a powerful impact with her programs.
