Pascale Pailhe

With her business degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Reims, France, Pascale is certified in Process Communication and Leadership. For 20 years, she had held Operational Management positions in profit centers as well as working as consultant in Organization and Business Development. From Mars Alimentaire to Groupe Rentokil, also working for Mercuri International, she is recognized for her leadership and for her results. Among her most significant contributions were the start-up and development of Vente-Privée.com and setting up management and sales processes for the Groupe Devoteam. Pascale is convinced that success depends on having a clear vision shared by all stakeholders. She monitors the coherence of systems and organizations, relying on her operational experience, her mastery of concepts and methodologies to leverage the assets of organizations and processes, but also on a federating approach that catalyzes and reinforces the talents of her team. For two years, she has provided the Association with a solid financial and administrative structure, combining energy and method along with her mentoring skills.
