Nigel Smith

Founding Director of the Performance Catalyst Corp. Nigel has a passion to develop the potential and performance in people. Over the last 8 years he has focused his career as a Professional Speaker, Trainer, Motivator and Consultant. Until 2003 he had the privilege of utilizing his expertise in the world’s number 1 pharmaceutical company where he headed up Sales Training and Development for South and Central Africa. He won the Rookie of the Year award in his first year. He followed this up by winning the Professional Sales Representative the following year. He also had the privilege of being a recipient of a Team award for 3 consecutive years. Through the company he was trained extensively overseas by some of the world’s leading authorities in the areas of people development, leadership, professional presentation skills, coaching, creative training techniques, and more. In turn he was then afforded similar opportunities to train his colleagues internationally, and to travel extensively experiencing amazing and various cultures, different approaches to learning and interacting, all with a common goal.
