Minter Dial

An American, born and raised in Europe, Minter Dial is a professional speaker, coach and consultant, specialised in Branding and Digital Media. With an MBA from INSEAD (1993), a BA degree in Trilingual Literature from Yale University (1987) and secondary education in England (Eton College), Minter has been steeped in change on an international level. Prior to setting up The Myndset Company, Minter worked as a senior executive for L’Oréal during 16 years in 4 countries, most recently as Managing Director and member of the Worldwide L’Oréal PPD Executive Committee, in charge of Business Development, eBusiness (Digital Media), Education & Artistic Relations.
