Matthew The Rapping Professor

Born in Montreal but moved to Ohio at a young age, Matthew grew up in a biracial community and naturally internalized the rhythms and cadences of African-American music and speech. Taking a cue from his TV star mother, Matthew has been writing and performing original songs and raps (Gift RapsTM) at events of all sorts for thirty years. Luckily, he got his father's singing voice and rhythmic sense, not his mother's. Bless her. Matthew is fluent in English, French and Mandarin, and getting there in Bahasa Indonesia. He spent the past ten years based in Macau and Shanghai, China. There, he developed his Rapping Professor persona and became well-known as a multilingual MC/Event Host, Voiceover Talent and TV/Stage actor, viewed by hundreds of millions on TV interviews in Mandarin. Matthew has performed his Gift Raps for major corporate events for clients like Ford China, Mitsubishi and more, and is now ready to turn his attention to private events for the rich and famous (no budget crisis for them ;-) and for causes he supports.
