Marina Riedi

In my life I experienced diversity in its colours and always perused my internal visions. Born and raised in Russia I have been living over last 13 years in Switzerland. Deep dive into these two very different cultures stretched and enriched me. Special milestones in business career were my private trading business in Russia in 1990s and project management with IBM over last 10 years. Eight years ago I joined Toastmasters International in Zurich (Cub for public speaking). Through this organisation I learned and trained public speaking. I gave presentations and workshops on topic of communication and project management. Two years ago I discovered the topic of emotional intelligence (EQ) for myself. It will be my personal story for the future. I do believe that emotional intelligence is a skill anyone can learn and it is a key to success in business and private life. I have already started series of presentations about EQ. Our emotions have power that we can make work for us!
