Kelly Watkins

Kelly Watkins, MBA, has witnessed communication from awesome to awful - all over the planet (on all 7 continents & in all 50 US states). Kelly shares her wisdom from these experiences to help companies be more profitable and productive. Kelly is President of Expressive Concepts, which she founded in 1992. Kelly helps companies to develop their leaders and improve their customer service – to compete in a global market. Her methodology includes: consulting, motivational speaking, customized long-term training, and distance learning. Kelly has written five books and hundreds of articles. She is a columnist for Convention South and SportsEvents magazines and a former columnist for AMEinfo – ultimate guide to Middle East business. Kelly is Past Chair of Global Development for the National Association of Women Business Owners and Past President of the National Speakers Association/KY. Kelly has an MBA degree in Marketing and International Business and a B.S. degree with Honors in Marketing with Distinction from Indiana University. She has served as adjunct faculty at various colleges.
