Jitske Kramer
Birthday: Dec 26th 1973 Jitske Kramer is an experienced facilitator in creating more effective cooperation in teams and organisations with high levels of diversity. She uses her cultural anthropology background to make diversity work and improve people's competence to work across cultures.
Since 1998 she coached and consulted in (international) teamwork, leadership programs and cultural change projects for business and government clients in Europe and Asia.
Her work characterizes itself by paying attention to cultural, universal and personal levels of interaction. Kramer uses creative action methods in her facilitation, such as psychodrama, voice dialogue and Viral Change.
Kramer is a succesful international speaker and author of the book “Managing Cultural Dynamics”.
