Janelle Barlow

Janelle is a businesswoman, best-selling business author, keynote speaker, and seminar leader. She's stretches the envelope when talking about customer service, service recovery, and on-brand sales and service. She develops specific programs on sales and service for global enterprises. She is President and owner of TMI US, and TACK-USA, partner with 45 countries worldwide. She is Vice President of the Global Speaker's Federation and holds the designation of Certified Speaking Professional awarded by the National Speaker’s Association. She is past Chair of the Nevada Forum, Women’s Business Enterprise. Her Ph.D. is from the University of California, Berkeley
