A professional member of the National Speakers Association, he has delivered over one thousand personalized keynote programs and speeches to audiences of all type and size enlightening them in the finesse of improving themselves and their organizations.Frank doesn't just talk about what can be, he is a practitioner. He is past president of the Buffalo Niagara Chapter of American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), and a member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Association for Volunteer Administration (AVA) and BoardSource (formerly National Center for Nonprofit Boards). He serves on several professional, cultural and civic Boards of Directors keeping his skills honed to current situations. He hosted Crossroads," a personal development radio show in the Buffalo area for eight years, has just coauthored and released "Fantastic Customer Service Inside & Out" and is currently working two new books focusing on nonprofit leadership.
