Twenty years ago, working as a volunteer for the Red Cross, a nursing sister said, "Eilidh I don't know what you are on, but you should bottle it, people love your happy spirit!"
Her kind words gave me the impetus "to bottle it!" Today I find myself working with individuals and companies to help them boost morale, raise confidence and productivity. As an empowerment speaker I offer a fresh perspective on effective communication.

My McArthur clan motto is 'Listen o' Listen!' which is apt for a speaker. My ancestors would have screeched this battle cry, hurtling out of the Scottish Highlands, brandishing claymores! My modern day approach does not physically threaten; however my programmes laced with humour; do take a challenging look at how we communicate.
