My passions in life are communication, connection and transformation. I am a Being Centred Coach –my coaching practice weaves spiritual awareness with coaching enquiry to achieve powerful growth and change for my clients. I also train and mentor others in coaching skills. I am wildly enthusiastic about the benefits of coaching for all - to improve interpersonal communication, to achieve what you want from life, and to grow as a person. Public speaking enables me to connect and engage with a wider audience. I speak on Happiness, Love and Personal Growth and am considered to be an inspiring and positive presence both on and off ‘stage’.
