Mostly this involves helping them get out of the way of themselves and giving them permission to drop whatever act they've created and simply be themselves. I also deliver an inspirational singing and speaking keynote addressing self-development within a business context. Audience members are asked to identify with various cartoon characters, as they go through the trials and tribulations of developing their own businesses. This allows people to improve through recognition with a fellow person, (even if that person is imaginary). So far as singing is concerned, I record all my own backing tracks and sing the melody live on stage - the only voice you hear is mine.
