Bryan Barrow

Risk management is a key component of project management. It is also one of the least well understood and least used. This goes some way to explaining why each year billions are wasted on failing projects in companies of all sizes. Bryan Barrow is a speaker, facilitator, consultant and mentor who works with large IT-rich companies that are struggling to deliver projects on time. Bryan's 30-year career has spanned both the public and private sectors and includes delivering projects in the banking, telecommunications, agriculture, gaming, local government, central government, software development and education sectors. Bryan is the Chair of the Association for Project Management's specific interest group for Risk Management, a British Computer Society IT Ambassador and a chartered information technology practitioner.
