I assist, develop and motivate individuals to greater performance and Life contribution. Viktor Frankl's meaning-centred approach to life is my greatest influence. Suffering in all circumstances can be transformed into truimph! Whe n we transform the suffering and frustration into an even playing ground we get to springboard into a brand new creative, inspired and fabulous future. I am a member of both the Viktor Frankl Institutes of South Africa and America, COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of SA) NHA (Natural Healers Association) Council for Counsellors of Southern Africa, Attunement Guild SA and USA. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychololgy, Communications and Education aswell as TQ Transformation Intelligence both from UNISA. I have close on 40 years business experience and some 30 years of developmental experience. Leadership Dimensions was born 16 Oct 2002 to address the needs of business' greatest assest that is the most often neglected - its PEOPLE. I coach, train and speak on Meaning and Purpose of Life, creating Meaningful Living. My passion is to uplift humanity!
