A quick review of the NSA Influence'11 planning and execution
The buzz of satisfaction at the Influence ‘11 Convention in Anaheim started almost immediately. There were some differences from other conventions I’ve attended, such as fewer keynotes, fewer breakout sessions, longer sessions, master classes and definitely less ‘cheesy hype’ than many I spoke with had expected. Talking with people in the halls and corridors, the only thing that anyone seemed to feel merited complaint was the lack of internet connection available, and the air conditioning… and that was more a hotel capability than planning committee issue.
