Rita Young Allen

Rita Young Allen, M.A., is an award-winning vocalist, speaker, and trainer. Her presentations are absolutely unforgettable and absolutely life-changing! Her accomplishments include a Master of Arts Degree, a Bachelor Degree in Sociology (big sister to Social Media) with a minor in Music, and an Associate Degree in Music Education/Vocal Performance. She will have a second Master’s (Science of Management) after finishing just two more classes. She is President of the National Speakers Association of Alabama. Her choirs have performed numerous times at Carnegie Hall in New York. She has made hundreds of TV appearances, from news programs to full TV specials and has performed for audiences of up to 20,000. Intentional Engagement… Rita has taken social interaction (including social media) and created a very unique twist on why Intentional Engagement is the over-arching remedy for a conflicting corporate culture, a negative organizational behavior, turnover and poor leadership. She helps leaders understand that discipline doesn’t have to be negative and that leadership can always be positive…even in negative situations!
